PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES PRICE LIST:
In accordance with Missouri law all patients must have a prescription for physical therapy from a Medical Doctor (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), Podiatrist or Chiropractor before treatment.
• INITIAL PHYSICAL THERAPY EVALUATION $95 (1Hr.)
• PHYSICAL THERAPY INDIVIDUAL SESSION $80 (1Hr.)
• INDIVIDUAL PREPAID SESSIONS $300 (Package of 4- 1Hr. ea.)
• AT HOME VISIT $100 (1 Hr. At patient's home, within 15 Miles)
• 30 MIN INDIVIDUAL SESSION $55 (Avail. after initial evaluation)
• VIDEO HOME PROGRAM $120 (Available after 3 sessions).
