ABOUT AMY CAFER M.P.T.
 |
After graduating with a Master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Missouri in 2001, I began my career at Hill Rehab and Manual Therapy in Jefferson City and quickly learned the power of osteopathic manual therapy techniques. I continued my manual medicine education with classes at Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. I have taken advanced classes through Body Balance University using Pilates equipment to rehab patients with back pain and sacroiliac dysfunction.
The integration of physical therapy and manual medicine skills with Pilates principles will help my patients achieve strong healthy bodies and create a positive movement experience without pain whether the patient is post surgical, has osteo- porosis, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, facet syndrome, DDD, disc involvement or sacraliliac dysfunction. My goal is to educate the patient and create positive movement experiences without pain.
